permanently exhausted

I suppose it has now been a week and a half since my arrival across the world on a flying piece of metal. The hectic life I thought I left behind somehow seems to follow me wherever I go. The days here in Italy appear to stretch and expand past what i thought was possible. However, my excitement from living in this indescribable country continues to build... considering that I haven't even realized where I am yet. After all, I have been so perpetually busy that I haven't had time to ingest the idea of actually being here. A place so different, yet so welcoming.

Allora... this is just a niblet of my days, breathing the air and walking the graffitied streets of Italia.

Just a regular lunch on a regular day on the terrace.

Oh mio dio, coffee here is just too yummy

Peanut butter cookies never tasted so good

Perfect picnic partners

 Ciao Toby!

Milano's rose and white chocolate gelato is my life

Absolutely sun beaten day for exchange students on Lecco's lake

Thirty min train travels... sunny shoes and sunny views

My rents and I after Beethoven's Sonata op.57 "Appassionata", fried zucchini flowers and red wine.

An astonishing view of Dumo's Adam and Eve mosaic

Asia in the kitchen cooking Canadian breakfast say what!?

Standard everyday train eyes

Gosh I just love where I live. I'm so lucky to be in Cernusco. Smack dab in between the edged mountains of Lecco and the upbeat lights of Milan... who could ask for anything better?
